An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a well-established regional main contractor delivering a £20 million new build leisure centre in Atherstone.

Working as the No.2 on site, you'll support the Project Manager in the successful delivery of this flagship scheme, taking responsibility for day-to-day site operations, programme, quality, health & safety and subcontractor management.

The Role

• Permanent position.
• £20m new build leisure centre project.
• Based in Nuneaton.
• No.2 on site, reporting to the Project Manager.
• Genuine long-term career progression within a growing regional contractor.

• Up to £65,000 (depending on experience).

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager or an experienced Site Manager ready to step up.
• Strong background delivering new build construction projects for a main contractor.
• A stable permanent employment history with reputable contractors.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
