Job Description
We are currently seeking an accomplished, internals focused, Senior Site Manager to drive development of a scheme which offers great longevity.
The ideal candidate will have exposure to residential construction, essential high-density internal apartment fit out expertise, and the operational precision to keep strict weekly targets. RC Frame experience would be preferred; however, this is not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Command the internal fit-out delivery for high-density apartment blocks, orchestrating a dedicated site team to achieve a consistent output of plots completed per week
* Orchestrate all on-site resources and logistics in close coordination with the Project Manager—who maintains sitewide control ensuring seamless progression from dry building envelope to final finish. Oversee the ordering, storage, and utilisation of materials to ensure cost-efficiency.
* Take absolute ownership of high-stakes on-site challenges, applying sophisticated problem-solving techniques to protect project timelines. Serve as a key point of contact, liaising with internal teams to provide regular, clear progress updates throughout the project lifecycle.
* Drive rigorous quality and safety standards across a team of 4, ensuring flawless execution of apartment fit-out processes from developer or main contractor backgrounds.
