The Project

Live hospital environment in East London Removal of existing render and cladding systems Installation of new cladding and external envelope packages Approximately 7 month program with further projects to follow Can have an immediate start for the right candidate Further projects secured and upcoming across London and the South East The Experience You'll Need Previous experience managing cladding, façade, remediation or external envelope projects Ideally experience working within hospital, healthcare, NHS or other live environments Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills Ability to drive programme, quality and health & safety standards Confident communicator capable of managing stakeholders on occupied sites CISRS Scaffold Inspection, PASMA or Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor qualifications advantageous Essential Qualifications
