About the role of Senior Site Manager As Senior Site Manager, you will oversee delivery on a major £85m education scheme based in Essex. You will be working alongside a strong site and commercial team, managing packages and ensuring programme, quality, and safety standards are achieved through to completion in late 2027.

Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and drive programme delivery
• Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed to a high standard
• Work closely with commercial and design teams to keep the project on track
• Ensure all health & safety procedures are implemented and maintained

Requirements for Senior Site Manager

• Proven experience working with a Tier 1 contractor
• Strong track record delivering high-value school/education projects
• Tier 1 school project experience is essential
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage programme, cost, and quality effectively
