You will shape a competitive, sustainable supply chain, partnering globally to drive productivity, quality, and digitalization. Based at Siemens Energy in Lincoln, this Senior Skills and Education Co-ordinator role supports and coordinates development programs for apprentices, interns, and graduates across the site. The position is responsible for designing training pathways that comply with Ofsted and Department for Education (DfE) regulations, managing relationships with educational institutions, and serving as the second nominee for Ofsted inspections. It combines hands-on engineering training management with regulatory oversight, stakeholder collaboration, and candidate mentorship. Some of the duties will include but are not limited to: * Support, manage, and facilitate early career programs, including apprenticeships, internships, and graduate schemes across the Siemens Energy Lincoln site. * Design structured training pathways and learning modules that comply with Department for Education (DfE) and Ofsted standards. * Collaborate closely with external educational partners, such as colleges and universities, to align training schedules and coursework. * Serve as the designated second nominee for Ofsted, stepping in for the Skills and Education Manager when required. * Ensure all apprenticeship training delivery, Apprenticeship Standard structures, and End Point Assessments (EPA) strictly meet official regulatory and government-funding requirements. * Implement and monitor Safeguarding and Prevent policies to protect and support all early career trainees. xwwtmva * Advise early career candidates on skills development, career progression, and upskilling opportunities. * Act as a central link between trainees, internal engineering managers, HR, and external education providers * ...
