Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed skin assessments using diagnostic tools to identify client concerns and conditions.
• Design and implement bespoke skincare treatment plans, including advanced facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
• Educate clients on proper home care routines and recommend scientifically-backed skincare products.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in skincare technology, ingredients, and treatment protocols.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• CIDESCO, NVQ Level 4, or equivalent advanced qualification in beauty therapy or skincare.
• Minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience in advanced skincare and facial treatments.
• Expertise in a range of aesthetic procedures and knowledge of dermatological conditions.
• Excellent communication, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
