Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth remote skin consultations via video calls, assessing client needs and recommending personalized skincare routines and product solutions.
• Develop educational content, including articles, webinars, and social media posts, focused on skincare science, ingredient efficacy, and treatment protocols.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, research, and advancements in the dermatology and aesthetics industry.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting recommendations as needed.
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights into client needs and market demands for new formulations and services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Skincare Therapist , Aesthetician, or Dermatologist's Assistant.
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive skin analysis and develop effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and client relationship management skills, with a knack for explaining complex concepts simply.
• Proficiency in using telehealth or virtual consultation platforms and CRM software.
• A formal qualification in Beauty Therapy, Dermatology, or a related field is essential.
