About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly knowledgeable and client-focused Senior Skincare Specialist to join their expanding virtual wellness team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth virtual skincare consultations to analyze client skin types, concerns, and goals.
• Develop bespoke skincare regimens and recommend appropriate products and treatments based on individual needs.
• Educate clients on proper skincare techniques, ingredient functions, and lifestyle factors impacting skin health.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up consultations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to provide insights on skincare trends and client needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Dermatology, Esthetics, or a related field; or equivalent industry experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Skincare Specialist, Esthetician, or Dermatologist's Assistant.
• Extensive knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and common dermatological conditions.
• Proven experience in remote client consultations and building virtual client relationships.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills, with a strong digital presence.
