Key Responsibilities

• Develop and innovate new skincare formulations, focusing on efficacy, safety, and market appeal.
• Conduct in-depth research on new ingredients, technologies, and scientific advancements in dermatology and cosmetology.
• Provide expert technical advice and support to the product development and marketing teams.
• Oversee product testing and efficacy studies, analysing results and making recommendations.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations, trends, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.
• Contribute to the creation of product training materials and educational content for internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Chemistry, Dermatology, Cosmetology, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in skincare product development or formulation.
• Proven track record of successfully launching innovative skincare products.
• In-depth knowledge of active ingredients, their mechanisms of action, and synergistic combinations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences in a remote work environment.
