About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, audit, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts on various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, BSC, Polygon).
• Design and implement complex decentralized applications (dApps) utilizing smart contracts for core logic.
• Perform rigorous security audits and vulnerability assessments on smart contract code to ensure the highest level of safety.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into functional smart contract solutions.
• Optimize smart contract gas usage and transaction performance.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and correctness of smart contract code in Belfast .

Requirements

• Proven track record of developing and deploying production-ready smart contracts .
• Strong proficiency in smart contract programming languages such as Solidity, Vyper, or Rust.
• In-depth understanding of blockchain architectures, consensus mechanisms, and the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
• Experience with smart contract testing frameworks (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry) and security auditing tools.
• Familiarity with backend development languages and frameworks for dApp integration.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
