Senior SOC Shift Lead: Incident Response & Tech Leadership

Anson McCade in London is seeking an experienced SOC Shift Lead to join a 24/7 security operation supporting sovereign AI and next‑gen compute infrastructure. You will be the senior technical escalation point on shift, leading incident response and owning high‑severity security incidents.

In this role you’ll mentor L1 SOC Analysts, coordinate containment, eradication and recovery, and produce detailed incident reports while aligning with SIEM/EDR tooling and playbooks.
