About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Social Media Executive to manage their online presence and community engagement, working remotely from Southampton . This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Create engaging and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform.
• Manage social media posting schedules, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and mentions, responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align social media efforts with overall campaign goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a senior role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and reporting.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual content creation skills.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
