Senior Social Worker - Adult Care & Safeguarding (Hybrid)

Portsmouth City Council is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join the Adult Care and Support team. You will assess needs, develop support plans, and coordinate services for adults with care needs and their carers, keeping clear records and working across multidisciplinary teams.

You will manage your own caseload, participate in supervision, and safeguard adults in line with legislation and council policies, while embedding personalisation and strength‑based practice in all you do.
