Senior Social Worker - Adult Prevention & Safeguarding

Liquid Personnel are supporting Southend-on-Sea City Council to recruit a Senior Social Worker for the Adult Prevention Team on a permanent basis. The role focuses on promoting independence, preventing escalation of needs, and supporting adults to live safely within their communities.

The team collaborates with service users, carers and partner agencies to deliver positive outcomes through a strengths-based approach and provides opportunities for training, supervision, and career progression.
