Senior Social Worker – Advanced Practitioner, Safeguarding

Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker (Advanced Practitioner) to join its Safeguarding & Support Team. You will manage complex safeguarding cases for children and families, practice restorative approaches, and work in partnership with agencies.

The role requires SW England registration, extensive Children’s Safeguarding experience, and ability to lead court work and multi-agency plans. Reflective supervision and staff wellbeing are emphasised.
