Senior Social Worker - Children in Care Lead

Blackpool Council is seeking a Senior Social Worker in Lancashire to support children and young people in our care. You will lead on care planning, ensure child-centred practice and work with partners to secure safe, stable outcomes.

You will mentor social workers and students, drive service development and chair multi‑agency meetings, with a focus on permanence and timely support for families.
