Senior Social Worker - Children with Disabilities

Northamptonshire Children's Trust is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities team. You will manage a complex caseload, provide safeguarding and family support, and work with disabled children and their families to achieve positive outcomes.
