Senior Social Worker (Level 2) – Child & Family Support

Tranquille Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Social Worker (Level 2) to join our Children's Services team. You will manage a varied caseload, undertake robust assessments, identify and manage risk, and work with children, families and partner agencies to promote safeguarding and positive outcomes.

You will provide supervision to junior colleagues, contribute to service improvements and help develop policies.
