Senior Social Worker – Multi-Agency Safeguarding (MASH)

Portsmouth City Council's MASH seeks an experienced Social Worker to analyse safeguarding concerns, assess risk and determine appropriate thresholds. You will gather information from Police, Health, Education and other agencies to inform decisions.

You will advise on statutory interventions, ensure children's voices are central, and maintain professional standards under tight timescales while mentoring colleagues and contributing to service development.
