Senior Social Worker – Transitions & Independent Living

West Sussex County Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Transition Teams in Horsham. You will manage a varied caseload of young people and undertake high-quality assessments, including Mental Capacity Act considerations, within safeguarding guidelines.

This permanent role offers full-time 37 hours, grade 10/11 progression, and a supportive, multi-agency environment with ongoing professional development and flexible working practices.
