Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable backend services and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture for speed, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, adhering to best practices and participating in regular code reviews .
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decision-making processes, influencing the technical direction of the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language such as Java, Python, C#, or Go, and experience with relevant frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, .NET Core).
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases , data modeling, and database optimization techniques.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within a team.
