Senior Software Engineer - Backend

This role involves collaborating with product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, Node.js) and associated frameworks.
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
