Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient backend services and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.

- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, participating actively in code reviews and contributing to architectural discussions.
- Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Mentor junior engineers, share best practices, and contribute to the overall technical growth of the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a specialization in backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Java, Python, Go, or C#.
- In-depth knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker).
- Understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities suitable for remote collaboration.
