Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable backend services and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize application performance, database efficiency , and system scalability to handle increasing user loads.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, participating actively in code reviews to ensure high standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, identifying and implementing performance enhancements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development , with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Python, Java, C#, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
