Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs for blockchain applications.
• Implement and integrate blockchain protocols and smart contracts into existing or new applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices for software development and security.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and architectural decision-making processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software components, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on blockchain development.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, Rust, or Java.
• Experience with blockchain frameworks (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger) and smart contract development.
• Understanding of distributed systems, cryptography, and security principles in a blockchain context.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fully remote, collaborative team environment.
