Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Automate deployment pipelines, CI/CD processes, and operational tasks to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure maximum uptime and user experience.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and provide appropriate infrastructure support and guidance.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents, providing timely resolution and post-mortem analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on cloud infrastructure and operations.
- Proven expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated services.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Java, for scripting and automation.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, security best practices, and monitoring tools.
