Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance microservices and APIs on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies to ensure code quality and deployment efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define technical roadmaps and deliver new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, advocating for best practices in cloud-native development and system design.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on cloud technologies.
- Proven expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
