Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines and processing systems.
• Develop and optimize data models and database schemas for performance and efficiency.
• Implement robust data ingestion, transformation, and storage solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other engineers to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the platform.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection for the data platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on data platforms and distributed systems.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python , Java, or Scala.
• Experience with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, or similar.
• Proficiency with SQL and experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services is highly desirable.
