Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance web applications and services using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and executable code.
- Lead code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems, identifying and resolving technical debt.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript) and associated frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database technologies, both relational and NoSQL, and experience with API design and development.
