Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Build and enhance user-facing features using modern frontend technologies and best practices.
• Architect and implement database solutions (SQL and NoSQL) ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, participating actively in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Deep understanding of database design, optimization, and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
