Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices in software development .
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring code quality and consistency across the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers, sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative team spirit within our remote setup .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in full-stack development or a specialized backend role.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Python, Java, C#, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
