Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define software requirements and specifications.
- Lead code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in production environments.
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in professional software development, with a strong emphasis on backend technologies.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or Go, and experience with relevant frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of software architecture patterns and data structures.
