Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems and microservices.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimize system performance, and implement monitoring solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the remote team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or Go, and relevant frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, essential for a remote work setting.
