Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend services and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and advocate for best practices in software development, including code reviews , automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Optimize application performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability and security.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, providing timely resolutions in production environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in professional software development , with a strong focus on backend technologies.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java , Python , C#, or Node.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and system architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.
