About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient backend systems and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers, to define and deliver new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and performance issues in production and pre-production environments.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring the longevity and maintainability of our software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in professional software development , with a focus on backend technologies.
- Strong proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
