Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications and backend services.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and elegant software solutions.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system reliability.
• Participate in code reviews , providing constructive feedback to peers and upholding engineering standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across various environments.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development , with a strong focus on backend technologies.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript (Node.js).
• Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and API design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote-first working model.
