Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex dispute resolution matters, including commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation.

Requirements

• A qualified Scottish Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' relevant post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record in handling a broad range of contentious work, including commercial disputes.
• Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Scottish civil procedure and evidence.
• Strong client relationship management skills and business development capabilities.
