Role Overview

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will provide architectural leadership across a diverse technology landscape, ensuring solutions are designed consistently, deliveredeffectivelyand aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate businessobjectivesinto solution architectures that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Develop solution designs, architecturalblueprintsand technology roadmaps.
• Assess existing technology landscapes andidentifyimprovement opportunities.
• Lead architectural design and evaluation across applications and initiatives.
• Support governance through standards, referencemodelsand design guidance.
• Collaborate with architects, deliveryteamsand business stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

• Experience across multiple technologies,platformsand environments.
• Understanding ofcurrent and emerging technology trends.
• Ability to influence andfacilitatestakeholder decision-making.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategicthinking balancinglong and short-term priorities.
• Experience providing architectural leadership.
• Technology-neutral, outcome-focused mindset.
• Intellectual curiosity and sound judgement.

Desirable Requirements

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Understanding ofproduct management, Agileprinciplesand delivery practices.
• Experience supporting Agile teams with architecture guidance.
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.
