Key Responsibilities
- Design, create, and implement high-quality sound effects, ambient audio, and musical elements for interactive projects.
- Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and programmers to define and achieve the project's audio vision .
- Oversee the audio pipeline , ensuring efficient integration of sound assets into the game engine.
- Mentor junior sound designers and contribute to the development of audio best practices within the team.
- Manage audio budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all sound-related assets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sound design for video games or interactive media.
- Proven expertise with industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) and audio middleware (e.g., Wwise, FMOD).
- Strong understanding of audio implementation techniques and game engine audio systems.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling and emotionally resonant soundscapes .
- Portfolio showcasing exceptional sound design skills and creative problem-solving.
