About the Role

You will be responsible for creating immersive and impactful soundscapes that define the player experience across various interactive media. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and mix a wide range of sound effects, ambient audio, and Foley for games.
• Integrate audio assets into the game engine using middleware solutions like Wwise or FMOD.
• Collaborate with game designers and narrative teams to ensure audio enhances storytelling and gameplay mechanics.
• Record, edit, and process audio assets, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior sound designers and external audio vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Sound Designer in the games or interactive media industry.
• Proficiency with digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Cubase, or Reaper.
• Experience with audio middleware (Wwise, FMOD) is essential.
• Strong understanding of acoustics, psychoacoustics, and audio engineering principles.
• Excellent creative and technical skills, with a keen ear for detail and immersive audio.
