Senior Sourcing Manager

Consult is supporting a pharmaceutical organisation with their search for a Senior Sourcing Manager to work on a 12-month contract . This role offers full end-to-end ownership of sourcing categories and plays a key role in delivering strategic procurement initiatives across multiple commodities.

The successful candidate will lead complex tenders, manage high-value supplier relationships, and partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure sourcing strategies align with business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management
• Excellent knowledge of marketing and purchasing
• Proven experience managing end-to-end tenders
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capability
• Experience operating in a regulated or pharmaceutical environment preferred

Additional Information:

• Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days onsite
• Open to full-time or part-time working patterns
