Senior Sous Chef — High-Volume Airport Kitchen Leader

Fortnum & Mason Heathrow is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our airport kitchen operation. You will lead a brigade, drive high standards and work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dishes in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor chefs, manage stock and safety compliance, and ensure accuracy of portioning, HACCP, and health & safety across the operation, while maintaining Fortnum & Mason’s heritage of quality.
