About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Spa Manager to lead operations at their luxurious spa facility in Cambridge . This key role involves overseeing all aspects of spa services, staff management, client relations, and financial performance to ensure an exceptional guest experience and profitability. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily spa operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of therapists, receptionists, and spa attendants.
• Develop and implement spa service menus, treatment protocols, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling operational costs.
• Manage client relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in spa management or a senior supervisory role within the hospitality or beauty industry.
