Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive menu of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and advanced skincare therapies.
• Conduct detailed client consultations to understand individual needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation within treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Provide expert advice on skincare, wellness, and product recommendations to enhance client results.
• Assist in the training and development of junior therapists, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, or equivalent (e.g., VTCT, ITEC).
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar spa or salon environment, with expertise in multiple treatment modalities.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of various skincare lines and therapeutic massage techniques.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable attitude.
