Our client is seeking an accomplished and dedicated Senior Spa Therapist to join their luxury spa in the historic city of Oxford . Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of spa treatments, including therapeutic massages, rejuvenating facials, and body wraps.
• Conduct client consultations to tailor treatments to individual needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on spa services, products, and at-home wellness routines.
• Maintain pristine treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is sterilized and well-maintained.
• Assist in training and guiding junior spa therapists, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure adequate stock of spa supplies.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy or Spa Therapy.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a spa therapist.
• Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques, facial treatments, and body therapies.
• Strong understanding of skincare, aromatherapy, and holistic wellness principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team in Oxford .
