Senior Spacecraft Thermal Architect – Lead Thermal Design

ClearSpace is seeking a Spacecraft Thermal Architect to own the spacecraft thermal architecture across the mission lifecycle, define control strategies, and drive design decisions. You will lead trade-offs between passive and active control, set requirements, budgets, and margins while coordinating with MTP, mechanical, propulsion, and avionics teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in spacecraft thermal engineering, leadership experience, and strong expertise in ESATAN-TMS and ECSS standards.
