Senior SQL & SSIS BAU Lead - Data Integration Specialist

HCLTech is seeking a BAU Support Manager / Senior SQL Developer to lead data integration, reporting solutions, and incident resolution in a distributed environment. The role combines hands-on SQL Server 2019 and SSIS 2019 development with coordinating BAU activities and improving stability across DEV, UAT, and PROD.

The successful candidate will manage support queues in JIRA, document fixes in Confluence, and partner with Production teams to ensure smooth releases and robust runbooks.
