Senior Staff Nurse - Rapid Response & Community Care

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust in London is seeking an Adult Physical Health Senior Staff Nurse to join the Rapid Response Team. You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, support urgent community care pathways and focus on falls and frailty to prevent unnecessary ED visits.

The role is based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich with 8am-8pm shifts, seven days a week, and requires community experience and professional registration. This is a permanent full-time Band 6 post.
