Senior Statutory SEND Lead & Inclusion Advocate

Suffolk County Council is seeking a skilled Statutory SEND leader to coordinate complex SEND processes and guide practice across partners. You will balance a demanding caseload with professional leadership to improve outcomes for children and families.

Working in a hybrid setup, you’ll chair multi‑agency meetings, provide supervision, and ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice, safeguarding responsibilities, and statutory timescales while modelling inclusive, high‑quality practice.
