Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and policy development initiatives for public sector clients in Northern Ireland .
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of public service operations, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage client relationships, building trust and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with project outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic consulting , preferably with a focus on the public sector.
• Demonstrated experience in advising government agencies or public service organisations.
• Strong understanding of public sector challenges, policy, and operational frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Master's degree in Public Administration, Policy, or a related field is advantageous.
